Minnesota Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility
The Minnesota Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility, adopted by the Minnesota Supreme Court, are the procedural rules that govern complaint investigations and prosecution of ethics violations. These rules are often referred to as the RLPR.
Effective January 1, 1989. Last amended July 14, 2021
