PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. The OLPR has
moved away from paper files to electronic files. Paper documentation will
be scanned by the OLPR and then securely shredded. If you must submit
original documents, please note that fact with your submission and request the
original document be returned.
