Kathleen Clarke Anderson

Kathleen Clarke Anderson was a public member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board from February 1, 2001, to January 31, 2009.  Prior to her service on the Lawyers Board, Ms. Anderson served as an investigator on the Hennepin County District Ethics Committee for nearly 9 years.  She also served on the Legal Fee Arbitration Board.  On July 1, 2010, Ms. Anderson was appointed to the Minnesota Client Security Board by the Supreme Court.

Ms. Anderson is retired from her working career in government.  She was employed by the majority caucus in the Minnesota House of Representatives and later was the District Office Director for Congressman Martin Sabo. 

Mary L. Medved

Mary Medved was a public member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board from February 1, 2004, to January 31, 2010.  Ms. Medved served on Lawyers Board Panels and the Executive Committee.  Because of Ms. Medved's Human Resources background, she  was appointed the Personnel Liaison for the Executive Committee and attended most staff meetings in the Director’s Office.  Prior to her service on the Lawyers Board, Ms. Medved served as an investigator on the Ramsey County District Ethics Committee for approximately 5 years.  On July 1, 2010, Ms. Medved was also appointed to the Minnesota Client Security Board by the Supreme Court.   

Ms. Medved is President of Medved Companies, LLC, where she focuses on Human Resource Consulting Services.   For the prior four years, Ms. Medved held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, supporting multiple international functions within Lawson Software in St. Paul.  Ms. Medved is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work (American Compensation Association), and Twin City Human Resource Association.

Ms. Medved received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.  She is married and has 2 daughters.
